Purpose

Terms governing access to and use of the EternaPlace marketplace.

Marketplace role

EternaPlace is a memorial property marketplace and information service. It does not act as a memorial park operator, transfer authority, escrow provider, valuer, or legal adviser.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, communicate respectfully, and independently confirm ownership evidence, transfer eligibility, operator approval, fees, and applicable requirements.

Verification and pricing disclaimer

Verification indicates only the checks expressly shown. It does not guarantee ownership, transfer approval, memorial park approval, transaction completion, authenticity of every document, or investment value. Seller-provided original, reference, asking, and urgent prices are not independently verified unless explicitly stated.

Privacy and contact sharing

Public profile and listing fields are visible to marketplace visitors. Account, verification, and protected buyer-contact data remain private and are shared only through authorized workflows described at collection. Agency access follows role and assignment controls.
